We deliberately pursue only those projects we can deliver profitably and deliver well. You won’t work on 12 proposals a year, you’ll work or 2 or 3.

At IOP, business development is not something you’ll do “on top of everything else” – it’s run like a project and it’s a team effort. You’ll have enthusiastic assistance from our business development teams and, depending on your workload, you won’t even need to lead the effort, but can often take the SME role.
